Passionate about Gin and her love of supporting locals, she has skillfully brought these two loves into Copa Fizz. A mobile and pop-up Gin and Prosecco Bar serving the best drinks from Lancashire county and beyond, she says, “Life is precious, and we should celebrate every moment.”
